  1. I would have to omit the carrots and peas. Those are carby. For less strict keto peeps this could work. I wish thus subscription service would not use carrots and peas.

    1. Well, I‘ve been Keto for over 5 yrs and once in a while I also eat some carrots and peas. It‘s actually not too bad remaining flexible with some more carbs (at least for me). I mean we‘re not talking about a big bowl of pasta and a side of french fries 😉 But that‘s the great part, everybody is free to adjust their lifestyle how they see fit! I know Low Carb Love has really inspired me and that‘s why I have been able to achieve and maintain my 40+ kilo weightloss! Good luck on your journey

    2. @Rocketscientist66 low carb love inspires me too. I love all her recipes 😋 😍 I have to be super low carb because of diabetes and taking steroids to breath. Carrots and peas are just not a favorite carb for me. They spike most diabetics. Yes, everyone is so different and have many different needs. Before I becsme diabetic I was keto and ate carrots 🥕 and still lost weight.

    3. @Alia Landon Wow, hope you‘ve been able to stabilize your conditions now with clean keto. I‘m really sorry to hear about your illnesses. My sister has many with leaky gut and inflamation. We don‘t live in the same country and I worry about her. And I don‘t trust her doctors at all. She‘s back in hospital right now with a flare-up and fever. But I‘m pretty sure she hasn‘t taken my advice sadly about the benefits of keto. Even carnivore can heal lots of people, or at least I‘ve heard. God‘s Speed for your good health! Keep up the Clean Keto lifestyle 👍

  6. Hi Myra, thanks for mentioning maintenance. I never lost all my weight but I did maintain what I lost for many years until I needed and continue to need steroids. Since my weight gain, I’ve tried to incorporate many of your dishes and so far I maintaining 42 lb off. I still have a ways to go, but I love your recipes and your enthusiasm.
