  3. Ok, I’m a few days late because I been sick and taking care of my Zoo ( my kids 😜 ) but this recipe is on my shopping list when I go to my Asian market this weekend. Thank you for another wonderful recipe … Yummy

  4. I love this as a snack!!!

Usually we have something similar in schools and at snack shops in neighbourhoods, sometimes evennin malls. These are commonly deep-fried.. and are usually store bought frozen chicken seaweed bites..

Nice to see you making a fresh one at home

  5. Things I’ve never seen before this:
    1. Ground chicken
    2. That corn tool
    3. Mung bean (starch?)
    4. Mushroom powder

    1. You can buy any mushrooms, shiitake works best, and dehydrate them. Use an oven on super low heat for 8-12 hrs or a dehydrator. Boom, your own mushroom powder and you can use it for literally anything.

    2. @Amy Lapratt chicken nuggets and chicken tenders are made out of ground chicken though plus dye is added to m make it that white color. We have grounded food just it’s usually reformed and precooked. I haven’t seen any available in this state but I have seen ground turkey so it’s not too far fetched for ground chicken to be a thing

    3. You’ve never seen ground chicken?
It’s also kinda surprising you haven’t seen mushroom powder as it’s in a lot of burger patties and soup broths

    4. A while ago I also didn’t know such a thing as ground chicken existed. 🥲
But then I thought some more and realized that that was the meat they used for chicken nuggets.

  6. Oooh, this would be so good with this sauce: soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and a little garlic and ginger. It is so freaking good on anything

  7. This looks really good! And looks easy to substitute or add different ingredients and be creative! I might have to try this!
