I agree that it has to be a lifestyle change. The drug makes it easier to take the compulsion off the equation so that it’s less hard to lose weight but it’s up to all of us to reprogram ourselves. You are doing great and have done a lot of work to get there. No process is perfect, so I am always focused on overall improvement more than anything else 🙂
