    1. @aurora the point is for it to be low carb, which is healthy. Frying it doesn’t change how many carbs are in it. Now if you’re anti fat? that’s you. There are healthy fats.

  1. To see a desert plant being introduced to sea protein…makes my mouth water. Jicama is one of my favorite snacks. Never occurred to me to feature it as a tortilla.

    1. Jicama wraps? Never heard of such a thing. Always ate jicama raw and crispy cold – like a refrigerated cucumber or zucchini.

  2. This looked absolutely amazing, as soon as I saw the title I was excited. That salsa looks delicious as well.☺

    1. @Big juicy why is she lying??? Just because she said it looks delicious, whats wrong with saying that? I thought EXACTLY the same thing, im not lying! Thats exactly what I thought. I dont get people like you, so negative about everything. Why watch a FOOD channel then?? If you dont find what she’s cooking/eating delicious/appetizing then I dont understand why you watch it for. Baffles me. Watch it to be negative and call others liars for no reason, maybe I should call you a theif then (same thing isnt it, me calling you something that makes no sense, that I have no idea about. I dont know you from a bar of soap but ill call you it because I feel like it) . Keep your negativity to yourself 🙄

  3. This looks amazing 🤩 I can’t wait to get those jicama wraps! I don’t think they sell them here in Indianapolis yet 🧐🤓🌺🌺🌺💜💜💜🔥

  4. That’s a cool wrap, wouldn’t constitute as a taco just cause it’s folded. Salsa looked good if it was mashed/blended like chilie verde.
