Oh those look yum…I am so gonna make these and freeze some. Thanks so much.
Ooh lala they look delectable, thanks. Just printed the recipe. Making these this weekend.
Looks good I can’t wait to try them
If you add a cornbread extract (I use Amoretti), you will get muffins that taste like cornbread. For real! I made plain cornbread and my husband could not tell there was no corn in them. 🙂
I just ordered some, sweet Jesus it’s expensive, how much would you recommend using in this recipe? Hopefully it’s one drop!!
@Paula The Amoretti is the priciest one I’ve seen, but I already had it for some reason. I got the recipe from Steve at Serious Keto, and he used 2 tsp of the OOO brand which is less expensive. I’m pretty sure I used 1 tsp because the Amoretti had more punch to it. I hope you like it!
@Denese Dugay thank you, I’ll be giving it a try.
I just love being on keto I’ve been on it for 2 months and I’ve lost over 30 lb I’ve got maybe 30 more to go and then I’m going to stay on just to maintain my weight but thank you for the awesome recipe I’m trying thank you
