Homemade Low Carb Pretzel vs Wetzel’s Pretzels! How to Make Keto Pretzels Recipe 2022

Almond Flour –
Flat pan –
Pastry Brush –
Parchment Paper –

Servings – 4

Active ingredients:
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp baking powder
2 oz cream cheese
2 eggs

Egg Wash.
1 egg, beaten.
1 tbsp water.

Preheat your oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a big microwave-safe bowl, integrate the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds increments till totally melted and stir to blend.
Include your dry components and egg. Mix to incorporate, then knead till smooth. You may require extra almond flour.
Divide the dough into 4 equal areas. Roll into a rope, then form the rope into a pretzel. You can do this in numerous methods.
Brush the with the egg wash and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 15-20 mins till golden brown!

  1. These look so good, but I Hate how Fathead Dough is so much fat because of the cheese and how one pretzel can be so many calories. Definitely for a treat and you can split it with other people in your family ( at least for me). You can make mini pretzels or pretzel bites instead of a big pretzel and that might help with some of the calories/fat because you’re not having so much at one time.
