    1. Yes, I too use my hand held mixer. (STOP short of whipping!) I also add 1/8 teaspoon of Xanthan Gum & 1.5 TBLS Cacao to 2 cups cream 4 TBLS Allulose & 1 teaspoon of instant expresso. You can also add Black Cocoa powder if you’re a chocoholic!

    2. @Highfalutin’ Low Carb I also use 1 scoop of a collagen peptides powder..most times chocolate that adds to it and I think it tastes like a Wendy’s Frosty. All I know is it is g-o-o-d! 😄😄

    3. @Michele Harvey do you mean eSSSSSpresso? No ‘x’…in espresso. Mini blender for me too. ❤Cream and frozen fruit of some sort. All you need for yumminess.😂

    I laughed at myself – as you were doing your shake dance, I found myself “solidarity shaking” my phone right along with you (but not as vigorously, of course!). 😂😂 I’m not an ice cream fan (once, maybe twice a year at most does it for me), but you’ve convinced me and I have everything on hand, so why not? Also seems like an excellent way to use up cream when I’ve purchased over optimistically, thinking I’m going to make all the things and then don’t. Beats pouring cream down the drain and it’s ice cream, so it definitely stores in the freezer!!

    I love ice cream. I have a Donvier but it’s been a long time since I used it. My favorite is salted caramel. I know it’s a trigger food though so I have to be careful even with the low carb stuff. This looks easy enough I may try it. What about using a blender?

  10. Wes! So happy to see you back. You look wonderful. Enlighten has an ice cream bar that is made with allulose and I swear, I would not have know it wasn’t regular ice cream. Super creamy and delicious. I may have to give this a try if I can work up the energy to do the 5 minute shake, lol.

  13. I made mine with Allulose and cocoa powder, plus 1 Tbsp creamy natural peanut butter. It tasted like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup! My husband doesn’t care for anything keto. He was so shocked! He said he never would’ve guessed it was keto! The texture was smooth and creamy. Thank you for this video. And may I just say, wow! You are looking fabulous! 🥰

  15. Great to see you back Wes! I LOVE keto ice cream and eat it a lot since I can no longer have donuts, cake, pie…. Rebel is my all time favorite but it is expensive. Might be best to just make my own- the blueberry option sure looks good! Gr8 video as always!
