For the chicken
1 lb or 2 large chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the egg wash
2 eggs
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the coating
1 batch Keto breadcrumbs
For the garnishes
2 cups tomato or marinara sauce
1 cup fresh grated parmesan
fresh parsley sliced (for garnish).

  1. I wish I could have gotten the directions to make this and what you use to make it. I’m not able to see so all I could do is just listen to the music. This does have a sound like a delicious recipe.

  2. This looks yummy, but I was a little concerned watching you put that raw chicken on a wood cutting board. That is really dangerous because the bacteria from the chicken seeps into the wood and is really hard to remove. It can then contaminate anything you cut on that board after that and could make you (or anyone else eating it) really really sick.
