My husband does for me. For sure way more weight loss for me and I was terrified to do. It was not bad at all and well worth trying. I just did arm rotation yesterday (having hard side effects but will drop more weight this week I’m sure).

7.5 for 3 mos. Have always injected in my stomach and have had good food suppression. Did it in my arm once and bad food
suppression. 25 lbs down and type T2D and A1c down from 7.0 to 6.1 so stomach seems to be working for me.
