I am so excited to try this. I have tried your garbanzo bean and lupin flour wrapper recipes several times, but they haven’t turned out that well, I just can’t get the technique down. However they do make great baklava. When I seen the crispy golden brown egg roll in your video I did a happy dance. I hope they are as crispy as they look. Thank you so much for sharing such an amazing recipe, or at least I hope it will be amazing 😉
