Components:
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons whey protein isolate
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup sweetener
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
2 tablespoons cream
4-5 tablespoons water

Can this recipe be modified with coconut flour? I normally use approximately one third the amount compared to almond flour.
You probably could but the taste and texture will change and you will need to adjust the liquids too x

This looks good, probably try with coconut flour or mix of both. I have a silicon coffee bean moule that’s almost the size of rice crispies so will be perfect for this. Will smear the mixture into the holes in the moule and bake will also help with consistency in the sizing
Yes that’s a great idea …I also have a chocolate chip silicon mould and it will work in that too x
