    Bullet proof tea,coffee one table spoon of cocunut oil.
    2 boiled eggs, 100 gms cheddar cheese.
    3,4 cucumbers 5,6 kebab fry them in coconut oil.
    6 mutton chops.

  7. Keto is about calories too and strict diet plan is made accordingly to BMI by experts otherwise it will not work properly..
    Keto diet put you in the ketosis state with high concentration of Ketones out of the fat and using them as energy for the body instead of carbs thus reducing weight gradually 6 to 8 kg per month..
    This diet usually contains 70 to 75 % Protien, 20 to 25 % Fat and 5% Carbs..
    The segment shown in the Nida show was in general & did not explain the concept & utility of proper Keto diet plan thus somehow misleading…

  8. Better to use chapli kabab instead of shami, channa daal isn’t allowed. And we can use full cream in our tea instead of milk.

  11. Milk and shami kabab is not in keto diet. You can use cream instead of milk. Moreover shami kabab has lentils which is strictly keto forbidden

I am following Keto diet since one year, during this process I reversed my diabetes which was (HBA1C 6.8) to HBA1c 5.3 and lost 14 Kg weight (no more room to reduce as I am already at 22 BMI which is ideal weight for my body). I observed many advantages of Keto diet. It can totally eliminate PCOs, reduce problems in menopause, Bp issue, Facial hair problem, Acne, infertility, ED for men, nephropathy, numbness, Kidney problems & many many more. This is the diet of today & future.
