was an Assistant Professor Urology at Sheikh Zayed Health Center and Kidney Transplant Center, Lahore. In 2003, he was detected with Type 2 Diabetes and High Blood Pressure and was recommended oral medications, exercise & diet control. In 2016, he was placed on insulin due to increase in urea creatinine and retinopathy. The deteriorating health led Dr. Khalid on a mission to find responses. He started intensively studying Type 2 Diabetes, its' avoidance and treatment. He spoke with medical professionals but none were able to give answers to his concerns. Then finally, he came across a YouTube video of Dr. Jason Fung, that video showed to be a life changing minute in Dr. Khalid's life. Dr. Jason Fung is a Canadian nephrologist who declared 100% cure and reversal of Diabetes through intermittent fasting and some lifestyle modifications.

A doctor himself, Dr. Khalid thoroughly studied Jason Fung's theories. Now, considering that 2018, he is on a ketogenic diet and doing intermittent fasting with walk and exercise. He is off the medications now and his creatinine levels are also back to regular.

Dr. Khalid is no longer practicing Urology and has instead made it his objective to inform individuals on social media about what he has actually learned & practiced so that they are likewise able to treat 80-90% of all diseases brought on by Insulin Resistance.

Dr. Khalid is starting weekly lectures on Facebook & Youtube on treating Kidney Issues, Diabetes and Blood Pressure through Ketogenic Diet plan and intermittent fasting.

    2. Unfortunately in Pakistan we produce only two positive millets out of five millets that is Bajra & Jowar .

Dear Doctor, I couldn’t understand what prevented you from using the word “BAJRA”” which every single soul in Pakistan knows very well that he can just go out and grab a bag of it from the nearby KIRYANA store and benefit from it. Since you have been using MILLETS all through your lecture and, thus keeping the poor people from understanding what stuff you were talking about. Believe me, you made me cry on your carelessness. Pakistanis and Indians understand BAJRA way more than MILLLET.

    Our Mom used to make Bajra roti in our childhood so we have developed a taste on this .. Millet is commonly used grain in India and they offer variety of dishes made my this ..
    please Suggest is ít suitable on Low Carb or it’s equally beneficial for Keto too ???

  12. I am from TN India. We use Bajra, Juwar, Ragi millets a lot. Also use all the millets you have mention. I use less than 0.5 kg of rice and nil wheat in a month.

    1. @DrKhalidJamil  I am diabetes patient for 25 years. I don’t use insulin. Just two tablets. As my H1BaC level was going high, doctors recommended. Now it is under the maximum level. I feel more healthy and energetic now. I am 66 years old by the way.
