was an Assistant Teacher Urology at Sheikh Zayed Medical Facility and Kidney Transplant Center, Lahore. In 2003, he was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and Hypertension and was recommended oral medications, workout & diet control. In 2016, he was placed on insulin due to increase in urea creatinine and retinopathy. The weakening health led Dr. Khalid on a quest to discover responses. He started intensively studying Type 2 Diabetes, its' avoidance and remedy. He sought advice from physicians however none were able to provide answers to his concerns. Then finally, he came across a YouTube video of Dr. Jason Fung, that video proved to be a life changing minute in Dr. Khalid's life. Dr. Jason Fung is a Canadian nephrologist who claimed 100% cure and turnaround of Diabetes through intermittent fasting and some way of life changes.

A doctor himself, Dr. Khalid thoroughly studied Jason Fung's theories. Now, given that 2018, he is on a ketogenic diet and doing periodic fasting with walk and workout. He is off the medicines now and his creatinine levels are likewise back to normal.

    But please Must consult your Dr before doing hiit workout, especially if you are blood pressure, heart asthma patent + lower back pain, knee injury, etc.

    افطاری سے پہلے شوگر 190 سے 200 رھتی ھے سحری میں دو انڈے اور پالک کا آملیٹ اور ایک کپ چائے لیتا ھوں
    افطاری میں بھی سلاد اور گوشت کھاتا ھوں اسکے 3 گھنٹے بعد 170 سے 185 تک ھوتی ھے
    ٹیبلٹس نہیں لے رھا دو ہفتوں سے
    افطاری سے پہلے والی کیسے نیچے آئے گی رھنمائی فرمائیں جزاک اللہ خیر
