    1. Gotta be careful with nuts cuz I’m tha same. I was doing strict Keto and not losing weight. Then I started counting my calories and found I was eating 600 to 800 cal just in nuts as snacks.

    2. Pick a bowl full of jelly sugar free, you can eat a lot while your brain gets used to eating less carbohydrates (it’s water, colagen and no sugar). Then it will be easier.

  3. If it’s not been mentioned, Pork Rinds are great to use as breading, instead of bread crumbs…..like for Chicken Parmesan and such.

    1. @Frugal Frugal you don’t even have to fry. Put on baking sheet and let crisp up…I swear as good as bacon. There are carnivore crisps at Walmart that are said to be excellent. Haven’t tried yet. In the chip section.

  6. Great Video! This was so helpful. I started Keto 8 days ago and have lost 8 lbs. so far. But I really miss my raspberry Pop Tarts, french fries, and just a good old slice of cheese toast on white bread. Then I found this video a couple of hours ago. As soon as it finished, the wife and I went straight to Wal-Mart and dropped a quick $100.
    The best finds I bought:
    1. Those Mac’s pork skins are an amazing deal. I’m loaded up and the value was much better than my regular grocery store.
    2. Those Quest Protein Bars. WOW! The chocolate brownie is pretty good but you were right. That birthday cake is off the chain!
    3. For those who said Wal-Mart needs a KETO aisle. In the health section, find the Atkins stuff. I have 18 bottles of Atkins protein shakes at around 2-3 carbs per bottle.
    4. The wife loaded up on those P3 Protein Packs.
    Between the Quest bars and the Atkins shakes, I can handle my sweet cravings. Tonight was a great night. Thank you!

    1. Sorry, but there’s no way you lost 1 pound per day. You’d have to eat nothing, and burn twice the normal number of calories, both. If you did, it was water weight. Just don’t get discouraged if you don’t keep losing at that rate.

I would add to your Wal-Mart low-carb list: 1) Sam’s Swiss Dark Chocolate 90% Cocoa Bar with 1 net carb per 3 squares; 2) Russell Stover’s Sugar Free (made with Stevia extract) Caramel Bar with 1 net carb per 3 squares. Two squares with coffee are a good snack for me. The Sam’s bar was less than $2.00; the Russell Stover’s was around $2.68.

    1. The Russel Stove is Loaded with malititol might as well have the full sugar candy malititol spikes most peoples sugar just as high as real sugar and is not keto friendly

  8. Try dropping a cube of cheese onto a hot non stick griddle until it browns and gets a tad crispy. You can drop a shard of bacon, ham, or pepperoni on top of it. Great chewy snack hot or cold but better hot.

  16. I been overweight for long time, feeling bad. I started keto diet. 5 days ago. I lost almost ten pounds. I eat more but no carbs and sugar. I feel great , I have so much energy. I am 40 but I feel 20. I feel so go0d

    1. My problem is that I get burnt out on food pretty quick, I am so tired of eating pork rinds, chicken, eggs, nuts.. I use to eat Mac n cheese like twice a week and I haven’t had any in like a month😩

    2. @PopaPerk I look at food differently. You are allergic to carbs and who said carbs and sugar is healthy. Now take your favorite keto foods and rotate the diet. I have chai seed puddings and keto ice cream. But don’t go heavy on the artificial sweeteners. Coconut milk is naturally sweet and with flavourings it works. My goal is making chaffle ice cream sandwiches. I am also going to try adding avocados in my puddings and smoothies and ice creams. Keep watching u tube they are adding things all the time. I am sure there are others who are missing Mac & Cheese. Hang in there🤗
