  1. Can i have as much veggies and salad as I want or? Do I have to cut down on veggies because they are a carb or no because they are a good nutritional carb?

    1. Good nutrition Carb. Vegies are highly reccommended. Good fibre too.
      Its how we prepare those vegies such as what fats and oils we use if we stirfry

  2. Dr Atkins very clearly states in his books that it is not a high protein diet but people keep repeating this B S

    1. it is high protein. you want a lot of protein when losing weight anyway, its not bad. so you dont lose lean muscle mass while losing mass

    2. Correct. It is a low carb moderate protein high fat diet. It’s to restrict the carbohydrates that are simple meaning your body burns them faster leaving your glucose levels all over the place. Leafy greens and non-starchy vegetables have complex carbohydrates which take longer to burn leaving your levels stable and giving you more energy. I have done Atkins and keto some differences but the results are the same. Running on ketones was the way four bodies functioned before we had grains. Our bodies aren’t able to process them and digest them. Any “vitamins and minerals” found in these things are additives and you can eat veggies to have these nutrients. Man created bread and pasta and the nutrients found in them were put there so there was a healthier thing inside the crap you were eating. There are no long term side effects and people have even reversed type 2 diabetes and reduced chronic pain and inflammation and I have chronic back pain and the VERY day I eat sugar and carbs my body ACHES and I feel AWFULand I feel so much better running off fat and ketones!!   3. What vitamins or minerals do you think you can you not get from proteins and fats and 10% carbs ? If anything it’s lack of fiber that could be an issue but just make sure the 10% carbs is vegies and some fruits that have high fiber.. keto is better than Atkins which you should have mentioned. crap video though, I’m not angry, I’m just disappointed..
