  1. Getting rid of the bad carbs has helped alot. While I only went “true atkins” recently, I had already cut out bread and most sugar. I had had, over a week, nothing but two small helpings of potatoes (as well as two individual potato chips- yea, it’s true!). I found that the carbs restored the headaches I was used to. Over time, I noticed something. I had more energy than before. Be careful with this though. Just because you have more energy, it doesn’t mean you should let you body do foolish things. I was so excited I over-exerted myself, causing a good deal of pain. Ah well, lesson learned.

    I’m on the “induction stage” now. I intend to work hard. Good luck to all other. God Bless!

      try Voneyton Uncontrollable Progression (just google it ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my neighbor got cool success with it.

    1. This diet restricts carbohydrate intake.
      Carbohydrates are your bodies primary source of energy. When you don’t consume enough carbohydrates, your body starts an inefficient process called ketosis.
      Ketosis is a state where your body switches from carbs to body-fat, as it’s main source of energy.
      It isn’t all easy going however. Due to a lack of carbohydrates, your blood sugar levels will drop. This in turn decreases your immune system, causes mood swings and can impact cognitive function and focus.
      This diet is effective at fat loss. However, it is ‘NOT’ a healthy diet. It should only be used as a short term plan no longer than 1 month at a time.

  3. okay, I started at 3/1/16 (94kgs).. now 25/3/16 im already at 85kgs!! i’ll keep updating till I hit 75 kilos! wish me luck!
    oh btw my diets is a combination of veges and oat.. eat oat for breakfast and chicken with veges for lunch.. and again oat/veges for dinner.. btw dinner before 8.00 p.m.

  5. The beginning resembles the end, just wrapped up in a different package on a different isle. No bars no shakes. It’s not natural. Keep Atkins the way it was.

  6. When I first started losing weight I was a calorie counter. I thought that the Atkins diet was just a fad diet. Then after a weight loss stall even though I was still counting calories, I decided to try the Atkins diet and now the pounds are flying off of me.

  7. interesting points ,if anyone else wants to learn about atkins tools try Voneyton Uncontrollable Progression (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.
