1/4 cup green bell pepper
1oz of cheese (any kind).
4 Tbsp Salsa.

Treat 1:.

Lunch:.
5oz Hamburger.
1oz cheddar.
1 little tomato.
1/2 hass avocado.
1 romaine lettuce leaf.

Treat 2:.
1/2 cup bell pepper.
2 tbsp ranch dressing.

Supper:.
6-8 oz chicken.
1 cup green beans.
1 tablespoon butter.

8 glasses of water.

  2. Great video, I have lost 5 lbs. on Atkins, I’ve been on for 1.5 weeks but I’m not in “ketosis” yet as the test strips show that I bought. Looking through the comments I see that maybe I should stop eating the Atkins snack bars and/or shakes.

    1. you can definitely eat them if they’re in your diet plan but I will promise you if you eat the vegetables the proteins and other stuff like the foodie plan for the Atkins 20 meal plan you will do far better as far as ketosis is concerned

    2. you have to keep your carbs between 18 and 22 per day no more and I promise you’ll fly into ketosis

    1. Sally Ron I found when my husband and I was on it we lost inches first LOTS of them‼️The weight not to much. Because muscle weights heavier the fat. So what’s really most important is your going to feel better and lighter losing the inches and then the weight. So if your doing the Atkins don’t get upset over the scale. Do measurements instead. Good luck😁👍🏻

    2. 1bigimpact how much weight have you lost total and how long had it taken you? And also, did you do it all from the Atkins diet or changed your diet plan inbetween?

Saania Tariq okay so I think I can answer this properly LOL correct me if I don’t I started my weight-loss Journey originally about six years ago at 340 pounds through just exercise I got down to 275 and attempting to eat right I got stuck at 275 for a few years and I got really discouraged but I was still eating fast food and all the crap and didn’t really know what to eat properly then a friend recommended a low-carb diet and talked about the Atkins I kind of shrugged it off and didn’t think much about it but then I went and did some research on it I got on it last November or December and I was at 275 pounds and I got down to my lowest weight was 207 pounds and I did that in a total of about 7 months I’m at about 211 on a good day currently but I’m doing carb back-loading and getting into bodybuilding so my diet has changed a little bit but I know the ins-and-outs of Atkins like you wouldn’t believe I still do Atkins 6 days a week and then I do one day of carb back-loading I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re just getting into the Atkins just strictly do that so that you can stay in ketosis and lose the most weight possible I don’t think it’s unobtainable to be able to lose 10 to 15 pounds per month with no problem I see that you joined our Facebook group please ask questions there if you have anymore thanks so much and I hope I’m answering your questions correctly

  7. Really do appreciate it! I actually started at 255 I hit a brick wall at220 for about 2 months then I hit another at180 and feel hopeless. I hope to lose 15-20 lbs by August 12 and hope this diet really works for me

  8. Great video. I’ve been off and on this diet for about 15 year with extremely awesome results. The key has always been to find my healthy carb limit per day and stay consistent. I’ve found myself falling back to comfort foods and in the last 4 years my weight is 60lbs more than I need to be. I’m 2 weeks in and have lost 16lbs. I understand that most of that is water weight However, today I am in full ketosis and feel invigorated. I’m glad I watched your vid because I’m getting bored with the food that I am eating and needed to be reminded that I can add these other veggies in moderation. I’m getting excited about what the results will be in the next 30-40 days. I have new clothes that haven’t been worn in 2 years. Anyway, sorry for the long comment. I just wanted to say thanks for making this video.

    2. I’m def going to do this for my 13yr old boy. He’s so unhappy and it breaks my heart that he’s sad about his body. I try so hard to encourage him to go to the gym w me, bike, and go outside. He just wants to play video games w his friends!! He’s a straight A student so I can’t necessarily punish him but I def think a change in diet is called for!!

  13. I got Covid-19 last fall, and put on 25 pounds from the steroids and feeling terribly fatigued. I had good results with low carb dieting before, I lost 120 pounds, kept it off for 7 years until I got sick. I focused more on lean proteins than fat following the advice from my dietitian. So I wasn’t exactly following Atkins, but it was similar. I started this yesterday to get that weight off before it decides to stick around. Wish me luck 😃
