  1. I love how real you keep it, there’s really no excuse to eat crap. Worst case I just don’t eat if there are no on plan options. Not gonna die if you have to wait a few friggin hours to eat something on plan. We are fighting for our lives!!!!

I just found you today, 8/30/17 and man this is only my fourth one.  I’m so addicted to your personality, knowledge, and the proof it worked.  I have just been on Atkins induction for 3 days now, and it is going really well.  Love these, I sure hope you keep making them as you are so motivational.  I’m even gonna try and hop on this stationary bike of my daughters.  Be stronger than your excuses, I love that.  🙂  Have a blessed day.

  4. I do Atkins and omg, when I have my cheat meals….. it throws me off completely! I love cookies… n it’s so tempting, but I have to think: I can either wake up 1 pound lighter tomorrow or possibly 1 pound heavier :'( #NoCheatMeals =Success Thanks for making this video, I needed some motivation to continue 🙂

    1. yeah cheat meals are dangerous because they can derail you completely! keep up the amazing work though super proud of you!!!!!!!

    2. If there’s donuts at work or a birthday party, I just skip it now. The sugar in those makes me nauseous, and I have to go through a day of keto-flu to get back on track. It’s just not worth it. Some whole grains or fruit is one thing, but not that super sweet stuff that I used to love. There are some good cookie recipes out there made with almond flour and your calorie free sweetener of choice, I also found some good keto brownie recipes. Use baker’s chocolate which is unsweetened or cocoa powder, and add stevia. Look at Pinterest for some good recipe ideas!

  8. Good message; your energy is good, too. I did Atkins back in the early eighties to lose the extra 15 pounds I had gained during pregnancy. It took me less than four weeks to lose it! I have stayed slim since by pretty much eating the same as the induction phase of Atkins. Occasionally, I will indulge and have a sandwich or a bite of something sweet (starches) but I enjoy still being 109 pounds and able to hike our beautiful mountains here in Utah without being out of breath. It is not easy still, after all of these years, to turn away from all the delicious foods around us, but I know myself, if I allow myself to over indulge, I will not stop. You are doing a great job with getting the message out; keep up the good work. As a side note: I hope by now you have covered those exposed light switches ! ; )

  9. I know this is old but so helpful. I had been doing keto and tried carnivore. But honestly the keto world highly pushes products and junk food and carnivore screwed my GI system up. Literally by day 6 I could barely swallow the meat because my whole esophagus was inflamed and painful and I gained 2 inches around my waist in that 6 days. Slowly adding some foundation veggies back in and reducing the meat and fat just a bit. I am looking for health not just weight loss.

  10. I love this SOOOO much! I honestly for years thought I could literally pour olive oil on my food! Have done this for YEARS! Thought my Subway Sandwiches were healthy with half cup of oil several times a week for YEARS! So ashamed, Lol😂!

  11. I’ve been living in Australia for the past ten years. Haven’t heard “Wally-World” or “Jack in the Crack” in forever. However, Taco Bell has recently started trying to get back into the Aussie market. I had a cheesy gordita crunch the other day; it was great!

  12. I’m on Day 5 and feeling good! Finally got over the “keto-flu”; Day 3 was pretty miserable. I keep a couple of those $5 rotisserie chickens and some hard boiled eggs in my fridge for some quick eats when temptation strikes. I think the sugar free Powerade helped with some of the fatigue too.
