This looks so yummy, will have to try it. Thanks for posting.
Looks Great! I did appreciate it and will make tonight and serve on top of cauliflower rice.
When I make this again, I might toss in some almonds for texture, but I wanted to make the Youtube recipe Induction friendly. I hope you like it!
Oh this looks so good! I’m definitely going to put it on my menu for next week.
Just made this tonight. It was fantastic! Thanks!!
Another great video.. you and your wife make a good team filming these… I look forward to more of them!
Yum! Totally convinced me I could survive on low-carb. I need to figure out a plan and go for it.
@AussieMatylda I do agree about this recipe too. It actually won me $20 gift certificate to my local Mongolian grill for most original sauce recipe.
@AussieMatylda That is very similar to my lunch most days except I have lower carb salad dressing (2g per 2 TBS). In most low carb plans the carbs allowed are net carbs, meaning the fiber is subtracted from the total. The total amount of carbs in that salad is probably less than 7g depending on the amount of tomato. It should be perfectly fine.
@bowulf Ok thank you so much, I’m making this recipe tonight 😀 Can’t wait.
Hi Kent, I’m about 2 weeks into induction and this looks delicious. Is the 9.5g carb per serving net or can I subtract the 3.3g fibre to get 6.2g net? Keep the great ideas coming.
I cant wait to surprise my fiance with this tonight. Thanks for sharing!!
Tried this last night with my guy. WE LOVED IT! Thanks for sharing. Now subscribed.
I agree stir fries are a great way to have loads of good meat and vegetables in the same dish. Good job in losing!
Eating this right now, it’s fabulous!!
Hi! this looks fantastic by the way! 🙂 just a quick question, what is the pork marinated in?
Made this tonight, and all i can say is YUM!!!!! definitely going to be cooking this regularly. My husband loves it also, so all good here!! 🙂 keep up the awesome work you are doing, your sir are a true inspiration!!! 😀
You are a load of help I just started and still not too sure what to make but that looked so good I will give this a go.
Good vid! Now for variation, Snow peas, green/yellow/red capsicum (yanks call them peppers it seems from what I saw in this video) and cut up mushrooms! My son hates those normally but when I do a beef or chicken stir fry with them as ingredients, he loves it! Use either black bean, Hoi Sin, Teriyaki, Mongolian, all taste yummy! Im adding some garkic paste with teryaki tonight, thats why I came across this video when searching for recipes! The trick is, with my son at least, is cook veg down while adding the sauce, plus some soy sauce as well, then add the meat which has been pre cooked of course and make sure you don’t skimp on the sauces you are using! Simmer for 5 to 19 mins! Cheers, DTox.
