In collaboration with FaveDiets () dish website, I continue down my low carb snack recipe video series to please some of the demands. This certainly Induction Friendly dish is a basic "need a treat now" dish. They do however keep truly well in the refrigerator for at least a couple of days and work well as a replacement for chips with dips (salsa, guacamole, sour cream dips).

@justnatural Check out my high fat vs. high protein video for a longer explanation why this is. For those just starting the Diet, the ideal percentages of Fat Calories to Protein to Carbs is 65-30-5.
I made this so often, it is very good. My favourite is Leerdammer cheese with chili and thyme.
@HelenaVenom I have to admit I am pretty tame with my cheese choices. Occassionally, I’ll try some locally produced gourmet goat and cow cheeses, but most of the time my cheeses are pretty standard cheeses from Kraft or Schullsberg. I’ll have to try Chili and Thyme some time.
@campfireangle At the end of each recipe AND in the video desciption, I post the carbs. You may have to expand the video description to see all ingredients and the nutrition info. For example this one has:
“Nutrition Info: (2 crisps)
171 Calories, 11g Fat, 2g Carbs, 15g Protein”
in the video description.
For Induction Friendly recipes, all you have to do is look at the title. If it has (IF) in title, it is Induction Friendly. That is explained in the video description as well.
@Terrymora I make these all the time. I prefer the stove top method, but the microwave one is definitely easiest to make. Thanks for watching!
@sweet161402 No problem, I am glad to share. Easy low carb were one of the tings my daughter wanted to know when she first started, and I knew she wasn’t alone.
Thank you for your “coaching” tips with the Atkins program. They really help. I just started weighing in at 213…it has only been three days and I am 205. The foods are delicious and I love the recipes. Thanks.
Congrats on the impressive start! 8 pounds in 3 days is huge. It might always be this fast, but it can always be this delicious. 🙂
I’ll be truthful: when I first saw them, I really wondered if they could be very good.
MAN, was I wrong!
I’d eat these even if I hadn’t decided to go low carb. They’re that good!
Thanks, Kent!
They also serve as great dippers for salsa, dip, etc. I am glad you liked them so well.
I just made the cheese pancake at 4 in the morning. You sir, will be in my prayers for months to come.
It’s very simple and a great snack for when you hungry for something with some crunch.
that was great! could you put some mushrooms and pepperoni , that has been sorta fried in the pan, after the cheese comes out, and make that into a pizza, and how many carbs and could you use it on the induction? i love watching your videos! just started the atkins a few days ago, this makes it so fun! thanks!
I just followed the microwave version of this but with cheddar cheese. It was so yummy!
wow i am so happy i found your videos! I am going to make these for sure! I think even my husband who is Not on Atkins would love these too, i like the idea of trying some mushroom or pepperoni on top too. I’m on induction so any recipes you can suggest would be appreciated! Ps: I think you need your own cooking show! hahaha!
This is great, easy snack. I love using them for salsa like nachos.
hi i tried making these with parmesan and they are awesome. good for when you get cravings for pizza. my tips is sprinkle them with a pinch of mixed dried herbs when they are cooled. they are great with a low carb salsa.
Thank you!!!!! I have tried to do these in the oven and it never turns out right. I can’t believe all it took was parchment paper and a minute and a half in the microwave to make these.
These are INCREDIBLE!! Taste like mozzarel,a sticks. I use garlic powder on mine. Love em!
I have them maybe twice a week with a dollop of sour creme. Yummm
@Renee Washington Sounds delicious…
