  2. I’m in the uk and I’m on day 3 of phase one. It’s crazy I now never feel hungry. I weighed myself on day one and weighed 10stone8. But I’ve decided NOT to weigh myself until two weeks time! I really hope it works! I’m trying my best and I’m not cheating. I’m just a little unsure on a few things because no one here in the U.K. Is on Atkins! They all do weight watchers , which I done prior to this diet and I only lost 2lbs in one month so that diet doesn’t work for me and left me so hungry! I haven’t had yogurt yet but can I have yogurt on phase one or not? As I’m literally living on bacon and eggs and pepper or prawns and chilli 🙈😩 I don’t know what else to cook because I don’t want to use any sauces in case they’re bad xxxxxxxx thank you any advice would be great thanks

Belle Smith okay check it out you don’t need to be starving yourself calm down what you’re doing right now sounds like he donut Atkins you can’t just do proteins like that you have to incorporate some vegetables I would stay away from the yogurt for now but here’s a quick example what I want you to eat in one day 2 large eggs one quarter cup shredded cheddar cheese 4 tablespoons of salsa that’s your breakfast then a few hours later I want you to eat half of a medium zucchini and one ounce of cheese that’s your first snack then your lunch I want you to eat 4 ounces of tuna and 1.5 celery stalks 5 small cherry tomatoes 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise half of a Hass avocado that is your lunch then your snack is a few hours later it is two celery stalks and 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing then your dinner is 6 ounces of salmon 2 cups of broccoli and 1 tablespoon of olive oil that is a total of 20 carbs you have to have those healthy fats as well as the fiber from the vegetables to be able to go into a ketogenic State please join our Facebook group called healthy living for a healthy life and ask any questions you have on there we have so many knowledgeable members and as always please share videos please subscribe and stay tuned for more videos that are great just like this one and good job I’m extremely proud of you for making this decision to have a healthier lifestyle you’re awesome keep it up

  3. I’m new to YouTube and all that stuff but I just want to say I weighed myself this morning and have gone to 10:5 from 10:8 in a few days! So it’s more motivation to keep going and it’s thanks to you! I’m so happy just seeing a small difference that took so much effort to lose on previous diets! ❤️Thanks so much and I love the Atkins diet xxxxx

  4. I wanted to say thanks for being an inspiration man. I watched this in the first week I started the Atkins diet. I’ve now lost 40 pounds since Dec 27th, and still have a lot to go but there is nothing better when your clothes feel loose lol. I refer back to your vids a lot. Keep up the good work…we are watching man! God Bless.

  5. so I lost 60lbs in 9 months after having my daughter. I gained 70 with her and no matter what I do I cannot lose the last 10lbs… hopefully this will work. p.s do diet pills speed up this process?? thanks

  6. I love Atikins, phase 1 only. I lost 111 pounds staying there, in 2006, stayed in ketosis most of the time since then. Atkins is the best!, keep in mind a few micronutrients, and you’re good for life! By the way, Walmart is an awesome store, my very favourite for everything.  Just a little tip for the presenter of this video, you might want to call your food storage containers something different than “Tupperware’, they too are a brand name and a very large company.  Thanks for sharing!!! Okay everyone, you can buy all the new books, but get a hold of Atkins and you’re good to go. With or without their extra “treats’ that they sell. they are good to keep one in your purse or car for when everyone else is having a ‘donut’ you can pull out your bar and join in, also Atkins products are good for travel. BE PREPARED!

  7. I too lost over 100 pounds on atkins. my tip is use cesear dressing if you cant do oil/vinegar because it’s got ZERO sugar and the lowest carbs. love the videos!

  10. Yay, it has been 3 weeks now and I am going strong 🙂  I figured out how to make up some low carb chili and it is yummy, you can also freeze it which helps. Yes, I am re-watching your videos as they are absolutely helpful in staying on this. Thank you so much 😉

  11. Help! Trying to drop ten. My “bottom” weight after going from 230 to 150 is my goal. I am at 160 lbs. 5’8 56 years old. I am getting up and down results. I lost four lbs then gained four. I know my downfall: I splurge every Saturday night with 4-5 large bowls of popcorn. Boom! and my weight skyrockets. I am running out of snack ideas. Cheese sticks? Cow tails? Please make some suggestions because I have to eat something. It is engrained in my pscyhe. Again my Saturday night free day is killing me! Thanks again for this great video!

  12. FYI: there is no “best” time to weigh yourself. First thing in the morning after going to the bathroom is your lowest weight for the day, but if you weighed yourself before bed, you may as well say sleeping makes you lose weight and just sleep until you reach your goal weight. The key is consistency. Weigh yourself the same time, in the same situation and in the same clothes every time. First thing in the morning is usually the most convenient since you’re already by your scale and pretty much naked.

I buy a brand new scale when I go on this diet and weigh myself every single day: when I’m in induction I weigh at 7-7:30am everyday and never past 8am (I weigh less at this time) it’s the biggest motivation tool I have it keeps me on track. gives the biggest rush or accomplishment and excitement and modivation! It keeps me on track! while on adkins i do try to stay away from all you can eat buffets ,( it seems to show on the scale even if I think I was right on target with my carbs; that scale tho is very telling! If you pigged out too much it shows it!) I do accept candies and things given to me I put them in a special cabinet (I don’t go in there or examine contents daily except to add stuff) I keep these for a predesignated cheat day WAY in the future like a holiday BEST if it’s like 1-1.5months away! I also make I make sure I have pig skins or other crunchy items as ive bern pulled off diet because a lack of these readily available! I know alcohol stalls the diet…they say caffine stalls the diet…diet soda can stall the diet…. I do purchase diet caffine free sodas in case though. in case i get a crazy bad craving…also I buy. Bakers bitter chocolate; a few tablespoons coconut oil and mix these together w stevia; I dip frozen strawberries in there as dessert.but anything frozen works! Even frozen green beans! ( these are actually a crazy awesome hack for desert when you’ve got very few carbs left to use ) I do keep nuts and peanut butter around. they have equate brand low carb protien shakes at walmart. I just found that out! Very useful info! stay disciplined!
