  1. can you guys do a review on Weight Watchers. I have had many conversations with people on this in terms of points and how much you can eat but in my opinion, i dont think its bad to eat as much as you want as long as its some good healthy foods.

  2. @biggmoneyme You seem a bit confused here…
    The diet calls for foods high in unsaturated fats, like mono and poly unsaturated oils. Many of these oils are high in omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, which actually improve heart and circulatory health by reinforcing cellular membranes and blood flow. Bad saturated fats are the things you’re thinking of, like butter, hydrogenated oils, etc…

  3. @nairb2693 I’ll give you that, but in all practicality i find it hard to believe that anyone could ingest the amount of fats that would need to replace the carbs without resorting to these bad fats. I guess you could jus chug olive oil a couple times a day though.

  4. I did the Atkins diet for 4 weeks straight and what these guys are saying is spot on. I got ripped and I recommend it for short cutting periods, but it fucked me up so bad. Constipation, low sex drive, lethargy…I just felt like crap. I much prefer a slower method these days such as keeping my carb intake early in the day or carb cycling instead.

  6. This is bs I went from a 185 bench all the way to a 315 bench off a low carb diet and had alllllll kindsssss of gains lol

Some of what you say is this vid is arguably true, but the constipation/hard stool/hemorroids part is not, if you do one simple thing, as recommended with Atkins: you use bulk fiber, either as powder, capsules, or tablets, this is usually as psyllium. There is very little in the way of carbs in these products, so they still work on the diet.

  9. I got to say I like you guys you’re funny but if you’re eating Atkins and you’re sitting blood you’re doing something wrong man.
